Are we any closer?

I would like to say that I'm confident that the births will be very soon. I'm not going to stick my neck out that far though.

Alanna is on day 329. Her pregnancies have been between 328 days and 349 days. She is starting to have some ventral edema but nothing serious. Portia is on day 328 and in previous years her pregnancies lasted from the shortest of 338 days and the longest one was 346 days.

So who knows? It was a delightful spring day -- sunny, slight breeze and 68-70 degrees F (about 20 degrees C). I'm hoping that it might inspire the mares. I'm very tired and would like to have more time for my hobby of sleeping. :-)
